Your company just did a job for my parents and
I wanted to let you know how happy they were with

pleased with the job and the fact that Ruben took
the time to come by and check on the job. Their sales
person was great and my Dad loved the installers.

Hello Ruben - Its been a few weeks since we
had our lattice patio cover installed by your company.
We wanted to thank you again for the "superior"
service we received and our highest praise for the
installers, namely Ishmael's expertise on the job.
He and his co-worker were polite, informative, and
were so careful about placing the alumawood on areas
that would not scratch the finish of the product.
They even cleaned up and its as if we took a picture
and it was snapped and presto a superb patio cover.
We have dealt with many vendors since we moved here
four years ago, and you are by far the most courteous,
professional and informative vendor we have ever
encountered. It was a real plus to meet your gorgeous
wife and chat with her when the job was finished,
what a nice touch. Anyway, good luck to you in your
business endeavors, we are sure you will succeed
beyond your wildest dreams because of the way you

you for the outstanding work that you and your crew
have done for us. From your initial contact until
the completion of the job, we were both impressed
by the professionalism and the workmanship of AAA
SunControl.
You personally did a great job in balancing
our wishes and presenting new ideas that we had
not considered in your sales presentation. I wish
that every Phoenix business would communicate as
you did with phone calls and emails throughout the
process. When things got a little sticky with the
county and the permits, you handled that quickly.
Although it may be a very little thing, we were
impressed by the crew cleaning up after the first
day of our 2-day job. We could hardly tell that

beam was such a good idea because I now have room
to move things around. Ruben, you made me feel at
ease with your professionalism. Putting down the
tape so I could actually see the dimensions meant
so much. I am a visual person so it made me really

plan and stuck with it no hidden costs. Ismael and
his helper were great. Very professional and polite
